
I’m basically the human equivalent of a very organized help desk. By day, I help customers untangle their accounts, solve problems before they spiral, and gently guide people toward the right solution (or department) with patience, clarity, and the occasional spreadsheet. I’m great at spotting patterns, collecting feedback, and brainstorming smarter ways to make systems run smoothly. Because if something can be improved, my brain will not let it go.​​
I’ve worked everywhere from libraries to media companies, answering emails, DMs, and repeat questions with equal enthusiasm and accuracy. I thrive in collaborative teams, stay calm during busy periods, and pivot between tasks like it’s a sport. Outside of work, you’ll find me devouring books, especially anything by Carissa Broadbent or Marissa Meyer, because strong world-building fuels both my imagination and my customer service skills.
